Studio receives award at the Art for Charity Days
Chicago, March 13th, 2005 - Lincoln Square Pottery Studio was honored when Friend Of The Arts awarded LSPS's director, Margaret Biddle, with one of their annual Friends Of The Arts Service to the Arts Community Award. According to FOTA this award program, now in it's seventh year, honors people who have made outstanding contributions to the art community of the metropolitan Chicago area. The ceremony, which was to take place during FOTA's 17th Annual Members Show on Jan. 22, 2005, was snowed out. The show was then rescheduled for the March 19th Art for Charity Days at the Cornelia Arts Building. During the ceremony FOTA co-directors Richard Lange and Thomas Frerk presented the award.
